StorylinesEdit

Victor appeared in 1999 to meet with Brooke Logan Forrester and to make Ridge Forrester jealous. With prodding from Brooke, Victor agreed to kiss her, thus enraging Ridge and ruining his night out with Dr. Taylor Hayes Forrester.
